The 2026 Canadian Silver Maple Leaf contains one troy ounce of .9999 fine silver, struck by the Royal Canadian Mint. It is one of the few one ounce silver bullion coins produced at four-nine purity rather than the more common .999.

The reverse shows the sugar maple leaf against the mint's radial line background, with a micro-engraved maple leaf privy mark bearing the year — both features intended to make counterfeiting harder and visual checks easier. The obverse carries the monarch's effigy and the coin's Canadian legal tender denomination.

Buyers should expect bullion silver to change over time: light toning and the white spotting sometimes seen on Maple Leaves are surface effects and do not alter the silver content.
