Product descriptions, images, weights, and live prices are provided for information purposes and are subject to change. Prices are calculated from live spot markets and may move before an order is confirmed. All prices are shown in USD and/or HKD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Placing an item on the Site does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm and accept your order in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including price errors, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

Payment terms will be confirmed when an order is accepted. We may require cleared funds before releasing or delivering products.

Delivery arrangements, timelines, and costs will be agreed at the time of order. Products may also be collected by appointment from our Hong Kong office.

Because precious metals are price-sensitive commodities, returns and cancellations are generally not accepted once an order is confirmed. We may accommodate exceptions at our sole discretion where permitted by law.

Precious metals prices can be volatile. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Nothing on the Site is financial or investment advice.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to NGB HK Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NGB HK Limited is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the Site or any transaction.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
